Examples of actual albinoes in anime/manga are Misaki from the manga and OVA Teizokurei Daydream (Vulgar Ghost Daydream) and Haine from the manga Dogs.

Note: To fear or discriminate against albinoes is utterly ridiculous. Their condition is purely genetic and cannot be passed on to others, whether by contact or fluid exchange, nor is it a form of karmic punishment or divine curse. To believe any such nonsense makes one an incompetent, ignorant, bigotted cad. Any offspring they have, especially when the other parent is non-albino, are extremely unlikely to suffer from albinism. Aside from their susceptibility to bright lights, they possess mental and physical prowess identical to other humans.
